1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 47phfun platform (accessible at https://47phfun.net and through the 47phfun mobile application), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the 47phfun platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 47phfun ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 47phfun platform and close your account if one has been created.

Your continued use of the 47phfun platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 47phfun platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations as overseen by PAGCOR. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or using 47phfun.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 47phfun, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 47phfun platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

47phfun reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 47phfun may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of 47phfun, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity during registration.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.

3.2 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must notify 47phfun immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• 47phfun will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

47phfun operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• Government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys national ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name)

47phfun reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and transactions on 47phfun are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits made to your 47phfun account:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

47phfun currently accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels:

• GCash
• PayMaya (Maya)
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) online transfer
• BDO (Banco de Oro) online transfer
• Metrobank online transfer

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 47phfun does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed above.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 47phfun account instantly. In the event of a delay, please contact our support team.
• 47phfun does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5 Withdrawals

47phfun is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 47phfun account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) hour during banking hours.
• 47phfun reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if 47phfun has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Refer to the applicable bonus terms for details.
• 47phfun does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

47phfun offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• 47phfun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings not used within the specified period will be forfeited.

7 Game Rules & Betting

The following general rules apply to all games and betting markets available on the 47phfun platform:

7.1 General Game Rules

• All games on 47phfun use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game information panel. RTPs represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 47phfun will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Bets placed during a confirmed technical malfunction may be voided and stakes returned.

7.2 Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.
• 47phfun reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Winnings will be credited to your account balance upon settlement of the relevant game round or event.
• 47phfun reserves the right to limit bet sizes for any player at its sole discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 47phfun platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 47phfun.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 47phfun platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 47phfun staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

9 Responsible Gaming

47phfun is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide the following tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. A notification will be displayed when the limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders showing time spent and net gaming activity during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without formal self-exclusion.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 47phfun platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of 47phfun or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 47phfun platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from 47phfun.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use any 47phfun trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.

Any unauthorised use of 47phfun intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 47phfun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 47phfun's reasonable control.
• Any reliance on information, game results, or odds displayed on the platform that contain errors.

47phfun's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 47phfun account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 47phfun's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

47phfun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Use of prohibited software or automated tools.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to 47phfun staff or other players.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, 47phfun reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance. Where account closure is initiated by 47phfun for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified account balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting 47phfun support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

47phfun collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy. By registering on 47phfun, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations.
• 47phfun does not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

47phfun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 47phfun will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the 47phfun platform at https://47phfun.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of the 47phfun platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 47phfun platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account decisions, players may submit a formal complaint to 47phfun support. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 14 business days where possible.
